DiscountMugs only ships to the continental US addresses, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally to Canada. Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses is not available. Free shipping specials apply to the contiguous US addresses only.

Most DiscountMugs orders are shipped via FedEx or LTL Freight, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. LTL Freight offers curbside delivery only. Shipping time and costs depend on the order quantity and shipping method chosen at checkout. The company also offers faster delivery options on select items and imprint methods, so you may expedite an order at an additional cost.
