Duluth Standard Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (Monday to Friday) – Orders are picked up by UPS from the store’s distribution center and delivered to the local post office from where it reaches the delivery address via USPS within 7 to 10 business days.
- UPS Ground Shipping (Monday to Friday) – UPS picks up your order from the store’s warehouses and delivers directly to your door within 3 to 5 business days.
Duluth Expedited Shipping Options
- Second Day Shipping – For 2nd day delivery by UPS, orders must be placed by 2 pm CT from Monday through Friday.
- Overnight Shipping – Overnight deliveries by UPS are available for orders placed by 2 pm CT from Monday through Friday. Place your order with Duluth Customer Service before 2 pm on the preceding Friday for overnight Saturday delivery for an additional $15.

How do I redeem a Duluth Trading Company coupon or promo code?
- Go to Duluth’s website and add the items you want to purchase to the cart.
- Once you are done shopping, click the shopping cart icon on the top right of the webpage. You can enter your coupon or promo code in the box labeled ‘Enter a Promo Code’ on the Shopping Cart page and click ‘Apply’. Review your order and click ‘Checkout’.
- If you forgot to enter your code on the previous page, you can do so on the checkout page. Locate the promo code box just above your order total, enter your coupon or promo code in the box, and click ‘Apply’.
