Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST are processed the same business day. Orders with prescription lenses and eyeglasses or sunglasses, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the lenses to be made. Some items might be ready in 1 or 2 days before reaching the warehouse.
Contact Lenses
Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST are processed the same business day. Orders with contact lenses in stock are shipped within 1 or 2 business days.
Order Delays
In case there is a delay due to multiple reasons like a backorder, card verification issue, or availability issue then EZContacts notifies you over an email within 24 hours.

How can I redeem an EZContacts promo code?
To redeem an EZContacts promo code, visit the EZContacts website, choose your desired items, and add them to the shopping cart. Click the shopping cart icon to the top right corner of the page.
On the shopping cart page, you will see a ‘Redeem Promo Code’ option. Click on it and a pop-up screen appears with a ‘Code’ box. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Apply Promo Code’. Click ‘Checkout Now’.
You must enter your email address if you are a new customer or login into your account with your email address and password if you are a returning customer.
On the landing page, you must provide your shipping details, contact information, and proceed to pay and place your order. On the payments page, you will get the option to enter your code again in case you have missed entering the code on the previous page.
