How can I redeem a French Connection promo code?
To redeem a promo code of French Connection, simply visit the official merch store and choose a product you wish to purchase.
Go to the product page and click on the “ADD TO BAG” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
After the product is successfully added, click on the shopping bag icon, located on the top right corner of any page, to get redirected to the Shopping Bag webpage.
On the Shopping Bag page, add the promotional code to the field as shown in the screenshot above and click the "APPLY" button to redeem.
Once you are happy with the items in your basket click on the “CONTINUE SECURELY” button.
As mentioned earlier, you can also redeem the code later at checkout after adding all the shipping and delivery details.
Why is my French Connection discount code not working?
- Always check whether the promo code is a valid one that you have entered to redeem. Most promo codes have an expiry period beyond which they become invalid.
- Check the code text whether there’s any typographical or case-order error and correct them.
- Check your shopping cart for the correct products valid for the particular promotion you’re trying to avail.
- In the French Connection’s online store you can only use one promo code per order/user. If you’re trying to redeem two promo codes in a single order, remove one and try to go with a single one.
