Domestic Shipping
Gaiam.com ships to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories, and U.S. military installations. Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. UPS is our primary delivery method but Gaiam.com may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders are unable to ship to P.O. boxes but shipping to /APO/FPO addresses are available. UPS is unavailable to the following destinations: U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations, and P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped. Oversized items incur additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
Gaiam only ships to Canada aside from the United States through DHL Express. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with an estimated delivery timeline of 2-5 business days subject to additional duties and taxes. Gaiam doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes in Canada.

How to redeem a Gaiam discount code?
Select a product you wish to purchase. When you are ready to make your purchase simply select size and color (if applicable) and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
If the product is successfully added to your shopping cart, you will be automatically redirected to the SHOPPING CART page.
Next, review your order total and click the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to the checkout page.
When you’re on the checkout page, enter your discount code into the field as indicated in the screenshot above with an arrow.
Hit the “Apply” button to redeem the code.
Why is my Gaiam discount code not working?
- Check if the code you have entered is valid or not, as most discount codes are subject to expiry, your entered code could be an expired one as well. An expired code won’t get redeemed.
- Do not forget to check the spelling of the code as there could be a typo while entering the code. Check the space and proper case letter before proceeding.
- Codes cannot be used together, or with any other offers. Cannot be combined with wholesale discounts. Check the terms and conditions of the promotional code to know how it can be redeemed correctly.
- Only one code is allowed per purchase. So, if you try to stack multiple discount codes together in a single order for an additional discount, none would work.
