HelloFresh delivers its meal boxes via FedEx, UPS, and select other regional carriers. The company does not deliver through USPS.

Delivery Duration and Charges

HelloFresh delivers within 8 am to 8 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to all locations, and on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to select locations within the contiguous US. The company delivers its meal kits three times a week.

When you subscribe to a HelloFresh meal box, you will get the option to choose your first delivery date from a list of available delivery slots in your area. HelloFresh will deliver your box to you on the day of the week you choose when signing up. You can change the day of delivery as well as your delivery address and instructions from the ‘Account Settings’ on the website.

HelloFresh charges $7.49 per serving for its meal delivery services.

Shipping Destinations

HelloFresh delivers to all states in the contiguous USA. Currently, the company does not deliver boxes to Alaska and Hawaii.
