Priority – UPS, Express PM – UPS, and Standard Ground – UPS shipping options are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

How can I redeem a Joe’s New Balance promo code?
To redeem a promo code, visit the Joe’s New Balance website, select your desired items, and add them to the shopping cart. Click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
On the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, scroll down to see the ‘Promo Code’ option on the left side with a ‘Promo Code’ box. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Apply’. Click ‘Checkout’. You can sign in, create an account, or checkout as a guest.
In case you missed entering the code on the previous page, you can still enter the code at checkout. On the right side of the page, you will see the ‘Promo Code’ box under the ‘Order Summary’ section. Enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
Once applied enter your contact and shipping information, select the shipping method, and provide a payment method to proceed to place your order.

Why is my Joe’s New Balance promo code not working?
