JR Cigar ships to 48 contiguous states of the US including PO Box and APO addresses via UPS and USPS shipping services. All orders sent to a PO box and US military bases must be shipped via USPS and USPS Priority Mail respectively. Oversized shipments weighing more than 10 lbs. may take up to 5 business days for standard delivery.

JR Cigar doesn’t ship to addresses in South Dakota and Utah. UPS delivery is not available in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, or Wisconsin. The company also no longer ships any Flavored Tobacco or Vape Products to Massachusetts addresses.

How can I redeem a coupon code on the JR Cigar website?
Once the item is successfully added to the cart, close the pop-up window and click on the “My Cart” option on the top right of the page to view the order.
