Lancôme offers Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping methods via UPS for delivery of orders within the USA. Expedited shipping options are not available to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses because UPS requires street addresses to deliver orders. Lancôme uses Smartpost to deliver orders to P.O, boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Due to air shipping restrictions in the USA, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), including aerosols, perfumes, or alcohol-based products can only ship via UPS Ground.

Shipping Duration and Charges

The shipping charges and estimated delivery durations listed in the table below apply only to the contiguous USA. The shipping duration and charges for orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are listed at the bottom of the table.

Delivery of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories takes 4 to 6 weeks via UPS Ground.

The delivery durations listed in the table above are estimates only and are subject to change depending on the availability of the ordered items, delivery location, and carrier delays due to inclement weather or heavy traffic.

Shipping Destinations

Lancôme ships orders to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Currently, the store does not ship orders to international addresses outside the USA and its territories.

Free Shipping

Lancôme offers free Ground shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more shipping within the contiguous USA. For P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, Ground shipping is free for orders of $49 or more.
