On purchases of $100 or more, the online store offers free standard US delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are examples of non-US mainland destinations that will incur a $25 delivery rate for all orders and are not eligible for free shipping or expedited services.
