Shipping Details
The majority of shipments are sent through UPS 2-Day Express. Depending on the locale, there are several exceptions to this. For order processing, allow 1-2 days. Orders are also not handled on the weekends. Orders must be processed at our warehouse for 1-2 workdays before they may be dispatched with 2-day delivery. This implies that while deliveries of orders typically take three business days, they can take up to four. PO Boxes and APO addresses cannot be delivered to by OLLY.com.

How to redeem an OLLY coupon code?
Add a product to your shopping basket before you can use an Olly coupon.
Click the cart symbol in the top-right corner of the website when you're ready to finish your transaction, then click the Check Out button that appears.
Search for the "Discount code" area on the right side of the next page. Insert your Olly promotional code there. For the savings to load, tap the gray Apply button.
Why is my OLLY coupon not working?
There are several cases where an applied coupon may not work. If the discount or promo code you applied for did not work as expected, check the following:
- Some codes have specific terms and conditions such as minimum purchase values, product exclusions, or brand exclusions. Check whether the item(s) in your order meet the eligibility requirements of the coupon you have applied for.
- All coupons and promo codes have a start date and an expiry date. Check whether the promotion has started and, more importantly, the expiry date of the coupon you have used.
- Manual entry of codes often leads to typing errors. Check to see if you have entered the code correctly. Also check if there is any space before, within, or after the code. There can be no spaces before, within, or after a code. To ensure correct entry, copy and paste the code.
- You may not use the same promo or coupon code twice. So, check the terms of your code.
