Ouidad uses FedEx Ground as its default shipping option. Residential addresses in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, U.S. Post Office Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may now be delivered using FedEx Ground service.

How do I redeem an Ouidad coupon code?
You can apply a promotional discount code at checkout.
To redeem your discount code, First, visit Ouidad.com and choose the footwear you want to purchase.
Choose your specifications such as quantity, size, and others. Add your product(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping details and click the “CHECKOUT option to proceed to the next step.
On the next page, scroll down to locate the discount code box that says “Apply Discount code”. See the screenshot above to know where the field is located.
Click on it to expand and enter your code and click the “APPLY DISCOUNT” button to redeem.
Once the code is successfully redeemed, you can go ahead and proceed to the payment page with a discounted price.
Pay for the order to confirm and enjoy your discount.
Why is my Ouidad coupon not working?
If you’re unable to redeem your promotional discount code on Ouidad.com, check the following.
- First, check the expiry date of the code as all codes have certain expiry dates from the dates of issuing. If the code is already expired, you cannot redeem it.
- Check the spelling of the code for possible typos. Enter the code manually instead of copy-pasting the code. Extra spaces may get copied while copying, also watch out for the case-sensitive letters and enter the code as it is.
- Certain promo codes can be used only once per user. Also, minimum spending amounts or specific products could be there for some codes to apply. Check the T&C of the code for such terms.
