If you want your orders to be delivered to PO Box/APO Addresses and Puerto Rico, rag & bone can also deliver that via USPS shipping. All US orders including Alaska and Hawaii are shipped through Ground, Two-Day Shipping, and One-Day Shipping services. Usually, a signature is not required if your order value is below $1500.

How to redeem a rag & bone promo code?
You can enter and redeem a rag & bone promo code on the Shopping Bag page once you add your product and proceed further.
Simply choose the product you wish to purchase and choose the size. Next, click the “ADD TO CART” button.
If the item is added to your bag successfully, click on the “Bag” option located on the top right corner of the page.
Click the “VIEW CART” option to get redirected to review your order.
Upon arrival to the next page, look for the specified promo code box that says “Have a promo code?”
Enter your code into the box and click the black button beside.
If your promo code is valid, it will be applied right away and the subtotal will be adjusted accordingly. Then, you can proceed to the checkout page to complete the purchase.

Yes, rag & bone always repairs or replaces any item (purchased online on rag-bone.com or an authorized retailer) whose quality has been compromised by a manufacturing defect or flaw. But if you have purchased a product from a final sale event at a 40% discount or above, it won’t be eligible for a return or exchange.
