Shipping Options
Rent the Runway offers Standard and Expedited 2-Day shipping options depending on the items in the order and the delivery location. All available shipping options for an order will be displayed at checkout.
Once an order ships, the customer gets a confirmation email consisting of the estimated delivery date and the order tracking details. You can use the tracking details provided in the email to track your order.
Shipping Duration and Charges
Rent the Runway ships most orders, including clearance items and rentals, via Standard shipping and delivers such orders within 3 to 5 business days after order placement.
For items purchased without renting first, the company offers 2-Day shipping and delivers within 2 to 3 business days of placing an order. 2-Day deliveries are made from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The expected delivery duration and the shipping charge for an order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the ordered items, the shipping method, and the delivery address. The company’s delivery partners deliver orders until 10 pm in residential areas and 5 pm to commercial buildings or locations.
