Ruby Tuesday Delivery Policy

Ruby Tuesday offers home delivery via third-party delivery partners, namely DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats. Delivery is offered to addresses within the delivery areas of the respective delivery partners.

The restaurant also lets customers pick up their orders with Ruby TueGo and takes catering orders at participating locations. Catering delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of participating locations and incurs a 10% packaging and delivery charge.

The delivery charges and durations vary as per the delivery location and the third-party delivery partner on whose platform customers place their orders. The delivery charge for an order does not include tips for the driver.

To redeem a coupon or promo code on pick-up orders, click ‘Online Ordering’ on Ruby Tuesday’s website and enter your address or zip code to search for Ruby Tuesday locations near you. Choose a restaurant from the list and click ‘Order & Pick Up’ beside the restaurant.

Next, select the items you want to order from the menu, customize your order, add special instructions, and click ‘Add to Order’. Once you have finished creating your order, click the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page and click ‘View Cart’.

On the cart page, enter your coupon or promo code in the ‘Coupon’ field just below the order total and click ‘Add’. Once the coupon has been added to your order, you may proceed to checkout.
