Sam's Club Shipping Policy
Shipping Options
Sam’s Club provides Standard, Premium, Express, and Value shipping options for small items. However, the freight shipping methods include Threshold, White Glove, and Commercial delivery options.
Shipping is not available in Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Duration
Standard – Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Premium – Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Express – Orders are delivered within 1 or 2 business days.
Value – Orders qualifying for Value shipping are delivered within 5 to 9 business days.
Threshold delivery – In a threshold delivery, delivery agents unload and place the items in the first dry area available, like a garage or entryway. If the delivery is made at an apartment, the agent will deliver on the first floor of the building only. Typically, delivery is made within Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
White-Glove delivery – In a White-Glove delivery, agents unload and place the items in a room of customer’s choice. Agents will unpack, discard the packing materials and also move your items up or down the stairs.
Commercial delivery – In commercial delivery, the items are unloaded to an unloading dock. This is available mostly for commercial business addresses.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges are calculated and shown in the shopping cart after the items have been added. Generally, the cost is based on the size and weight of the items, the shipping option selected, and the delivery address.
If you choose a different shipping option or select an address outside the continental United States, the shipping charges are likely to increase.
Shipping Destination
Sam’s Club ships to the 48 contiguous States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and military addresses.

How can I redeem a Sam’s Club promo code?
Visit the Sam’s Club website, select your desired items and add them to the cart. Click on the shopping cart icon to the top right corner of the page. In the shopping cart, you will see your order details.
Scroll down and on the right side, you will see the ‘Add an offer code’ option with a ‘v’ symbol. Click on ‘Add an offer code’ and an ‘Offer code’ box will open below. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Add’.
