Shipping Destinations
SPANX ships to the 50 United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands). Expedited shipping is only available for domestic continental states and not for Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. Except for Canada, SPANX doesn’t ship to any other countries. All orders may take a full 30 days to be delivered.

How to redeem a SPANX promo code?
To redeem a SPANX promo code, first, visit the SPANX online store and add your favorite Sanx products to your shopping cart. Once you have added your required merchandise, now click on the shipping bag icon located on the top right corner of any page to open the sliding navigation window.
You can either redeem your promo code on that window or click on the “Checkout” button to redeem at checkout.
On the checkout page, you can see the “PROMO CODE” field right below the “ORDER TOTAL” tab. Now, paste the promotional code you have and click on the “APPLY” button to continue. Valid promo code will be redeemed immediately to reflect on the subtotal.
Why is my SPANX promo code not working?
If your SPANX promo code doesn’t work, check the following:
- First check for the validity of the promo code, whether the code is still active and not expired.
- Also, ensure that the promo code you have entered is eligible for the selected product on your shopping cart. Check for the terms and conditions for more details.
- Promo codes are usually case-sensitive.
- Do not misspell your promotional code. Misspelled promo codes won’t be redeemed.
- Some promo codes are only valid for first-time use, not usable for repetitive use. Ensure your promo code is not such one.
