StubHub Ticket Options
- Mobile Transfer – The company will email you the steps to get your mobile tickets.
- Mobile Ticket – You can view and scan tickets at the event by using the StubHub app.
- Print Ticket – On a desktop, click ‘Get Tickets’ to view and print them.
- Instant Download (PDF) or Electronic – You can print these tickets by selecting the ‘Get Tickets’ option.
- UPS – These tickets are delivered to the delivery address you entered at the time of purchase.
- Pickup – Carry a valid photo ID and the StubHub order number to pick up tickets at the venue a few hours before the start of the event via Last Minute Services. For pickup details, go to ‘My tickets’ then ‘Orders’ and click ‘View pickup details’.
StubHub Delivery Time
Guests can check the ready date or the estimated delivery date in their order details while registered users can go to ‘My tickets > Orders’ after logging in to their accounts.
- Electronic tickets are ready by the date shown in the order confirmation email and before purchase.
- Instant download is ready within a few minutes of order placement.
- StubHub emails you when UPS tickets are in-transit. To check the arrival time, use the tracking number. You will receive the tickets at the end of the day of your order’s expected delivery date (EDD).

How can I redeem a StubHub promo code?
To redeem a StubHub promo code, sign in to your account at StubHub. If you are accessing StubHub from the desktop, click ‘Profile’ on the top right corner of the page.
On the landing page, click ‘StubHub Wallet’ from the list on the left side. You will see the ‘Add a code’ box. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Add’.
If you are accessing StubHub on the mobile app, proceed to the ‘Review & Buy’ page during checkout, and tap ‘Gift Codes’. Tap the ‘+’ symbol. Enter the code and tap ‘Add’. Check the code you want, and apply.
