The MET Store Shipping Policy

Shipping Options                                                              

The MET Store offers Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options for customers in the USA. Standard shipping is also available for customers in Canada.

Express orders must be placed by 12 pm ET Monday through Friday for timely processing and shipping. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.

Shipping Durations

The table below lists the estimated delivery durations for Standard orders based on the shipping destinations.

International orders shipping outside of the USA and Canada may require up to 15 business days for delivery. The delivery estimate is not absolute and may vary depending on the shipping destination for each order.

Shipping Charges

A flat Standard shipping charge of $7.95 applies to all orders shipping within the USA, while a flat Standard shipping charge of $34.95 applies to all orders shipping to Canada. In addition to the Standard rate, additional charges of $13.95 and $22.95 apply to Expedited orders and Overnight orders, respectively.

A flat shipping charge of $54.95 applies to all international orders shipping outside the USA and Canada. A shipping surcharge may apply to overweight and/or oversized items and the final shipping charge for any order will be displayed at checkout.

To redeem a coupon or promo code at The MET Store, visit the website and select the product(s) you want to purchase. Select the specifications and add them to the shopping bag. Once you are ready to order, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the webpage to view the bag.

On the cart page, click “Apply a Promotion Code” under the estimated total on the right side of the page to open the promo code field.
