The Sill offers Standard and Express shipping options within the contiguous USA. All orders ship via UPS carbon-neutral methods to keep the carbon footprint as small as possible.

Shipping Charges

All plant and planter orders qualify for free UPS Standard shipping. Small accessories such as ceramic message pops, coco coil poles, fertilizer shakers, and moisture meters require a minimum order of $35 to ship. Orders containing potting mixes including, organic potting mixes, cacti mixes, and lava rocks incur a $10 soil surcharge to ship.

The applicable shipping charge for an order will be calculated and listed at checkout based on the ordered items and the selected shipping method for that order.

How do I redeem a coupon or promo code?

To redeem a coupon or promo code, go to The Sill’s site and select the item(s) you want to order. Choose the order specifications and add them to the shopping cart. Once you are ready to order, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the page and proceed to checkout.

On the checkout page, enter your coupon or promo code in the “Gift card or discount code” box as shown in the screenshot above and click “Apply” to redeem the code. Once the code has been successfully redeemed, complete the checkout process to place your order.
