How do I redeem a Udemy coupon code?
To redeem a Udemy coupon code, visit the Udemy website, and add your required courses to the cart. Click the cart icon on the top right corner of the page.
On the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, you will see an ‘Enter Coupon’ box on the right side under the ‘Subtotal’ section. Enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
Once your code is applied successfully, click ‘Checkout’. You must sign in or create an account to checkout. Proceed accordingly and fill in the details as required to place your order with a coupon code.
What to do if my Udemy coupon code is not working?
- Check the validity of the coupon code and ensure that it is not expired. Expired codes will not be applied and cannot be redeemed further.
- Codes are case-sensitive and do not work if there is any typing error. Rectify the letter case or remove any unnecessary space, if entered incorrectly in the coupon code, and ensure the code is entered exactly as you see.
- Check whether your order meets all the terms and conditions of the coupon code.
- Some courses may not be qualified for a coupon. Check the eligibility and add courses accordingly if you want to redeem your coupon code.
- Coupons may sometimes be only used if the order qualifies the minimum order value. Ensure that your order exceeds or equals the minimum value.
- Ensure you have not used the coupon code previously on any order as most coupons can be used only once.
