Shipping Methods
Urban Decay ships through FedEx SmartPost, Standard Ground, Next Day, and 2nd Day shipping services to continents the US as well as Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box, and APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipping to APO/AP military addresses or PO Boxes must ship through FedEx SmartPost.
Shipping Duration and Charges
All orders take up to 1 business day to process. Customers ordering through Next Day and 2nd Day orders, need to order by 10 AM PT to ship the same day. See the chart below for more information related to shipping time and charges:

How can I redeem an Urban Decay promo code?
To add a product, simply navigate to UrbanDecay.com, choose your product, and click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add your product to the Shopping Cart.
Once the merchandise is successfully added, you will be asked to choose whether you want to continue to shop or proceed to the checkout. Click the “GO TO MY CART” option to get redirected to the Shopping Cart page if you are ready to place the order.
You can find the designated promo code box to apply your promo code easily on the Shopping Cart page, right below the product description as shown in the screenshot above.
Enter your promo code into the box and click the “APPLY'' button to redeem the code successfully. Once the promo code is redeemed, review your order subtotal and other details to proceed to the secure checkout.
Why is my Urban Decay code not working?
- Check whether the promo code is expired or not. Usually, promotional codes remain active for a limited period.
- Promo codes are usually applicable for selected purchases. So, using it for items that are excluded from the promotional offer may not let you proceed further. Hence, Check the products on your cart once again.
- Check for possible spelling mistakes or case-sensitive words.
- Remove unnecessary spaces between two letters.
