Vivid Seats Delivery Policy
Buyers can get their tickets via multiple different options namely Shipping, Mobile E-ticket Delivery, Instant Download, Electronic Transfer, and Special Delivery. You can choose any option according to your convenience. You can choose your delivery method at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Vivid Seats can only ship the tickets when confirms the availability of your tickets. Once the order is placed, customers will get an email identifying the estimated shipping date and time. The tracking number is also emailed to the recipient once the tickets are shipped. Customers can get their tickets delivered before the events only. All standard delivery will be made via UPS.
For expedited service like Overnight Delivery, tickets will be delivered to you quickly as requested. You can also request for Local Pickup as a part of Special Delivery Services.
Electronic Transfer
