WebstaurantStore offers Standard Ground, Second Day, and Next Day shipping options. However, common carrier orders do not qualify for Second Day and Next Day shipping options.

Orders must be placed by 2 pm EST to ship on the same business day. WebstaurantStore delivers only on business days, excluding holidays. Second and Next Day shipping orders placed after 2 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Duration and Charges

Most orders of in-store items are shipped within one business day from the company’s warehouses. The duration taken to deliver an order depends on the selected shipping method and the delivery location.

The estimated delivery duration of a Standard Ground order depends on the location of the warehouse from which the order is shipping and the delivery address. Standard orders may take up to 7 business days to be delivered.

Second Day and Next Day shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days and by the end of the next business day, respectively.
