Both standard and expedited services are available for 48 contiguous, whereas, for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO, only standard shipping is available. FedEx is the shipping partner of Yellow Box for all standard and expedited deliveries.

How can I redeem a Yellow Box promotional code?
To redeem a Yellow Box promotional discount code, you must first add a product to the shopping cart.
Choose your footwear, select color, size, quantity, and other specifications if required, and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
Next, go to your shopping cart and review your order.
Click the “CHECK OUT” option to proceed.
Add your shipping information to the Checkout page and see the option “Discount Code”. See the screenshot below.
Enter your discount or coupon code into the box and click the “Apply” button to redeem.
Why is my Yellow Box discount code not working?
Check the following if your promo code doesn’t work:
- Check the spelling of the code and if there’s any typo, fix that. Also, check whether you have used the right promo or discount code.
- Check the expiry date of the code you’re using. If the code is expired, you cannot use that.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code. Some codes can be product-specific while you may not use others in sale items. Other exclusions may also be there.
- Only one discount code can be used, so if you have entered multiple codes, you cannot redeem them.
