What is to be done to redeem my Yoox promo code?
On the cart page, you will find a “YOOXCODE” option with “ENTER YOUR CODE” link. Click on it and a box appears below. You may need to log in to redeem your YOOXCODE and it might not be applicable to some of the items.
Enter your code in the box and click “Apply” to adjust.
Once the code is adjusted to the order total, proceed to checkout, and complete your order.
Why is my Yoox promo code not working?
- Your code must be inactive due to expiry, or typing error.
- Your order must qualify for the code to be redeemed. The items that you have added may not meet the terms of the code.
- Usually, promo codes can be used just once. If you are applying a code, make sure you have not redeemed it already.
