1. Sign up to be Red Robin Royalty with their loyalty club!
Called Red Robin Royalty, their rewards club is your first stop on the savings train. Once you sign up, Red Robin will reward you with offers, deals, and other promotions, right to your inbox.
This is important – make sure you select the box to opt-in for these deals!
Once you sign up, you’ll be asked for a little more information to customize your savings. Fill that out for even more deals!

2. Earning Birthday Rewards for you and your kiddos!
One of the many perks to being Red Robin Royalty is the birthday burger – enter in the month and year of your birthday, verify phone number and opt-in, and Red Robin will be able to celebrate you on your big day!
That goes for your kids, too: sign them up, and they’ll get a birthday burger for themselves, too!
3. Dine nine times, and the 10th entree is FREE
As part of Red Robin Royalty, you’ll have a chance to score FREE food on your 10th visit! Purchase nine meals – either a burger, sandwich, entree, or full-sized salad, and your 10th one is on them!
Make sure your purchases qualify and your location is participating, and you’re on your way to FREE FOOD! The offer is good for up to 60 days after the 9th purchase!
4. Eat at Red Robin once a week for 5 weeks to get $20 off!
Are you a frequent diner at Red Robin? If they’re one of your favorites, they’d like to reward you for your business with $20 off a purchase!
It’s simple – eat at your local Red Robin 5 times in five weeks, and get rewarded with $20 off! The offer is good for up to 60 days after the 5th purchase, giving you plenty of time!
As always, make sure your purchases qualify and your location is participating!
5. Remember to FULLY sign up to get all of the Red Robin Royalty perks!
Looking at the terms for membership, there are several steps to take to ensure you qualify for the rewards. They are relatively simple:
- After joining, go to the email account you joined with to find the confirmation email, which will have a link for you to complete your registration.
- Enter all of the information requested and select a password.
- If you do NOT subscribe to promotional emails, you are a Base Rewards member:
- This entitles members to accumulate rewards toward the 10th Free Item and 5 Visits in 5 weeks promotion.
- If you don’t subscribe to the promotional emails, you miss out on the deals!
- To gain the Base Rewards, use a valid email and validate your phone number.
If you want to take it to the next level beyond Base Rewards (and why would you not?), make sure to opt-in for the promotional information either through text or email. This gets you the promotional emails/deals on top of the ability to earn credit toward free food.
Don’t forget about that Birthday Burger! That’s part of the sign-up process, too. Tell Red Robin your birth month and year, and they’ll hook you up.

We love a good gift card, and we love it even more when we get them at a discount! Fortunately, there are several websites selling gift cards cheaper than the face value – and that’s YOUR gain!
For example, check out Card Cash – they recently had a Red Robin gift card with $10.10 on it for only $9 – that’s 10.85% off!
Raise is another favorite site – they recently had a $25 gift card for $22.18. That’s a discount of 11.3%!

Currently, the Ibotta app lets you purchase Red Robin gift cards and score cash back! One recent promotion was a whopping 15% cashback! Don’t miss out on a great way to easily purchase gift cards right in the palm of your hand!

11. … Or head to your favorite warehouse club!
Okay, all of the options for gift cards are numerous, but this is the last one!
Just head to your local warehouse club and check out the deals there!
For instance, Sam’s Club recently had Red Robin gift cards online – three $15 gift cards PLUS a $5 bonus gift card for $42.78. That’s a 14.4% discount!
BJ’s has you covered, too: recently they also had the three $15 cards for sale online. There wasn’t a bonus $5 card, but the total price was $36.99. You guys, that’s a whopping 17.8% discount!
12. All Hail Bottomless Sides!
It’s getting serious now: Red Robin pulls out all the stops for every single customer, offering Bottomless sides, drinks, and kids’ items. Check this out – with the purchase of an entree (burgers, sandwiches, etc), you are automatically gifted a Bottomless side of your choice. Prices are location-specific, but burgers generally start at $7.99, making it easier to fit that family night out into the budget.
Consider the Red’s Tavern Double – it’s a low $7.99. Go Big with the Big Tavern Double and it’s still a bargain at $9.99.

Are their burgers really “gourmet”?
Red Robin is definitely more of a casual dining restaurant, and whether the burgers are “gourmet” or not really depends on each person’s definition.
However, the burgers are without a doubt fun and creative:
– The Banzai Burger features grilled pineapple and a patty glazed with teriyaki.
– The Burnin’ Love Burger is garnished with fried jalapenos, chipotle aioli, pepper jack cheese, and salsa.
– The Black & Bleu boasts sauteed portobello, bleu cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, and cheese sauce nestled on a brioche bun.
