H&M Student Discount Fine Print (Exclusions/Conditions)

There are a couple of stipulations to using the H&M Student discount. Aren’t there always? 

First, the discount code cannot be combined with other promo codes/offers. It can, however, be combined with sale prices, in store or online.

Second, you must re-verify your student status each month to use your student discount.

Third, it cannot be used for guest designer collaborations or select special collections.

Last, your student discount cannot be used for Gift Card purchase or shipping

Can you return items at H&M?

Yes, but the return policy is strict. Only unwashed and unworn items accompanied by a receipt can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If it’s past 30 days, or if you don’t have a receipt, you’ll only be refunded the current selling price of the item, and only in the form of store credit.

Can you use Store Credit with the Student Discount?

Yes! You can check your store credit in app, store or online.  There isn’t an exclusion to using your student discount with store credit!
