Jacamo offers Standard, Next-Day, and Nominated shipping options within the UK. Customers can also subscribe to Jacamo’s Unlimited Next-Day delivery service for an annual charge.

The Jacamo Unlimited delivery service is available only to customers residing in the UK and for orders shipping to UK addresses.

Shipping Durations and Charges

The table below lists the estimated delivery durations and the shipping charges for the different shipping methods within the UK.

Next-Day orders must be placed by 11 pm Sunday through Friday or by 10 pm on Saturdays for delivery within 1 to 2 business days. For orders placed after the cut-off times, deliveries may be delayed by an additional business day.

Shipping Destinations

Jacamo delivers orders within the UK, including to Ireland, the Channel Isles, and BFPO addresses. However, Next-Day and Nominated shipping options are not available for orders shipping to Northern Ireland.

How do I redeem a Jacamo promo code?

To redeem a Jacamo promo code, visit Jacamo’s website and select the product(s) you want to buy. Select the specifications of the items and add the products to the shopping bag. When you have finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the web page and continue to checkout.

To redeem a code you will need to be signed in to your Jacamo account. If you do not have an account, create one and sign in. Once signed in, enter your coupon or promo code in the “Add Promotional Code” box under the order total on the right side of the shopping bag page. Click “Apply” to redeem your code and proceed to place your order.
