Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping – Deliveries take up to 7 business days. This option is available to all US addresses.
- Two-day Shipping – Deliveries take up to 2 business days for orders placed before 3 pm EST. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 3 business days.
- Next-day Shipping – Orders placed before 3 pm EST are delivered within the next business day. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can take 2 to 3 business days.
- Saturday Delivery – This option is available on request and orders are delivered on Saturday.
Two-day, next-day, and Saturday delivery options are available for US street addresses only, and not for APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.

How can I redeem a Patagonia promo code?
You can enter and redeem a promo code in your cart before checkout or in step two of the checkout process.
To redeem your promo code simply start with a product you want to purchase. Browse a wide range of Patagonia products, select your size and click the “Add to Bag” option.
A pop-up window will appear displaying a message called “Added to Bag”. Click the “Checkout” button to continue.
On the checkout page, you can find an option citing “Have a Promo Code?”. Click on it and enter your promo code.
Hit the “Apply” button to redeem. Discounts will be reflected at checkout.
Why is my Patagonia promo code not working?
- Promo codes expire and cannot be applied to past orders. Be sure to check that your code is still valid.
- Promo codes are valid for one-time use only. One promo code can’t be used multiple times.
- The codes are case-sensitive and must include dashes. Copy and paste the code to avoid any typos.
- Not all items are eligible for a discount with your promo code. Eligibility varies by style, color, and size and can change at any time.
- Excluded items include but are not limited to gift cards, shipping fees, and non-Patagonia merchandise. Promo codes cannot be applied to Web Specials, sale items, or items purchased under Team, Group, Corporate, or Pro sales.
