Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories via UPS or USPS.
Some oversized or heavy items are not shipped outside the 48 contiguous States.
Shipping Duration
- Standard – Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Next Day – Orders are delivered the next business day if the order was placed Monday through Friday by 6 pm PT.
For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, it takes about 5 business days to arrive, while for U.S. Territories, it takes around 10 business days.

How do I redeem a Pottery Barn Kids promo code?
