Shipping Options
T-Mobile offers Standard and Overnight shipping options but the shipping methods vary as per the products. The available shipping method for a device will be listed in the device description section next to its image.
The company ships phones and other devices to customers via UPS and USPS.
Shipping Duration and Charges
The shipping duration and charges are estimates only calculated based on the item ordered, selected shipping method, and the delivery address. While the estimated delivery times for phones and devices are listed on the individual product pages, the estimated delivery time and the shipping charge for an order will be displayed at checkout as per the available shipping method and delivery address for that order.
While Standard orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, overnight orders placed by 1 pm ET Monday through Friday are delivered within the next business day. Overnight orders placed after 1 pm ET Friday or on weekends will be delivered within 2 business days.
Shipping Destinations
T-Mobile cannot currently ship orders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations.

How do I redeem a T-Mobile coupon or promo code?
To redeem a T-Mobile coupon or promo code, go to T-Mobile’s website, select the plan or product you want to purchase, and click ‘Start Shopping’ or ‘Add to Cart’ respectively. Once you are done adding plans or devices, click the shopping cart icon on the top right of the header section.
On the cart page, locate and click ‘Promo code’ below the total due amount on the right side of the page. Enter your coupon or promo code in the field and click ‘Apply’. Ensure the code has been successfully applied, review your order, and click ‘Start checkout’.
Can I combine a promo code with military/first responder/senior citizen discounts?
How do I view my active promotions?
To view the promotions on the website, go to My T-Mobile, log in to your account, and click Account. Scroll down to ‘View your promotions’ and click it to view the list of your active promotions. To see the promotions on the mobile app, open the T-Mobile app, log in with your T-Mobile ID, and scroll down the home screen to see your active promotions.
