TGI Fridays Delivery Policy
TGI Fridays offers online ordering at most locations. In case online ordering is not available, you can still place an order over the phone. The restaurant offers curbside or in-store pickup as well as home delivery at participating locations.
You can schedule your delivery or pickup or choose to pick it up or have it delivered ASAP when you place your order. Delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery location and the time of order.
Service and delivery charges vary based on the store, delivery address, and the order. The applicable service and delivery charge for an order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery charges do not include tips for delivery drivers.
The estimated delivery duration will be provided by the restaurant once you place an order. TGI Fridays and its delivery partners strive to offer timely deliveries but the delivery duration is subject to change depending on the traffic, driver availability, and weather.

How do I redeem a TGI Fridays coupon or promo code?
To redeem a TGI Fridays coupon or promo code, go to the app or website, and click ‘Menu/Order Online’. Enter your location to look for restaurants in your area. Pick a restaurant and click ‘Order From Selected Store’. Browse through the menu and select the item(s) you want to order. Customize your order to your preference and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Once you are done adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the web page, and click ‘Checkout’. To proceed to checkout, you will need to sign up or provide your contact information and checkout as a guest.
