The Children’s Place ships orders via Standard, Express, Rush, and United States Postal Service.
- Standard Shipping – The store offers Standard shipping via UPS and USPS. This shipping method is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, and some rural areas.
- United States Postal Service – USPS is available only for orders shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses, and some rural areas. Orders to PO Box addresses Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, ship via USPS.
- Express Shipping – Express shipping via UPS is available only for orders to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This method is not available for orders shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses, PO boxes, and some rural areas.

How do I redeem a Children’s Place coupon?
At the checkout page, you will see a box for entering your coupon code. Enter the coupon code and click ‘Apply’. If you use a discount coupon, the discount will reflect in the estimated total price of your order. If you leave the checkout page after entering a code then you may need to re-enter it again.
What should I do if the coupon was not applied to my order?
- Eligibility requirements – Some codes have specific terms and conditions such as minimum purchase values, product exclusion, or brand exclusion. Check whether the item(s) in your order meet the eligibility requirements of the coupon you have applied.
- Validity period – All coupon and promo codes have a start date and an expiry date. Check whether the promotion has started and, more importantly, the expiry date of the coupon you have used.
- Typing errors – Manual entry of codes often leads to typing errors. Check to see if you have entered the code correctly. Also check if there is any space before, within, or after the code. There can be no spaces before, within, and after a code. To ensure correct entry, copy and paste the code.
- One-time use – Coupon and promo codes can be used only once. Ensure that you are not using the same code twice.
- International orders – Coupon and promo codes are not valid on international orders.
