Budget Rent A Car Delivery Policy
Budget Rent A Car does not offer any delivery service. However, the company offers a free pick-up service at selected locations for customers who may need local transportation to the rental facility. Customers can search for the preferred location and contact the local Budget facility to make sure that it offers pick-up services at the chosen location. If pick-up service is available, customers may call the Budget facility to arrange for a pick-up service.
The company’s policies for its pick-up service vary according to location. Pick-up services must be arranged at least 24 hours before the chosen pick-up time by calling the specific location. Mandatory details, including precise address, exact pick-up time, and a valid phone number need to be provided at the time of ordering a pick-up service.
Off-airport Budget locations cannot offer pick-up services to airports that have Budget locations. In such a case, customers can rent a car at the airport Budget location or arrange their transportation to the off-airport pick-up location selected by the customer.

How do I use a Budget Rent A Car coupon or Budget Customer Discount (BCD) code?
Enter your BCD code in the box marked for ‘BCD Code’. If you want to use a promo or coupon code, enter the code in the box marked for ‘Coupon Code’. Complete filling up all the mandatory fields and click ‘Select My Car’. On the next screen, you will see a list of the available vehicles at the selected location, and the rates based on your BCD code. For a coupon code, select any one ‘coupon applies’ rate and attach it to your rental. Coupon benefits are applied at the time of pickup and are not reflected at checkout.

What if I do not see the expected rates after using a BCD or coupon code?
Select coupon code may be valid for only select rates. At the time of ordering, attach only ‘coupon applies’ rates to your rental order. If you do not attach a "coupon applies" rate then you will not enjoy the coupon benefit on the confirmed reservation. Either way, ensure that you only use a BCD or coupon code that has not expired.
