Shipping Duration and Charges
The estimated shipping time and charges for your order are dictated by the speed of production and the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. It may take additional time to produce certain products but expedited shipping services are available for faster delivery.

How do I redeem a MOO Gift Card or promo code?
To redeem a MOO Gift Card or promo code, go to MOO’s website and select the items you want to purchase. Choose the color, quantity, and any other details, and click ‘Add to cart’. On the cart page, you can add any other accessories if you want and select your shipping country to view the estimated shipping charge for your order. Once you are done, click ‘Checkout’.
On the next page, you will have to choose a shipping option. Locate the ‘Add promo code or Gift Card’ option written in green just above the order summary on the right side of the page. Click on it and a small window will pop up. Select promo code or Gift Card, enter your promo code or Gift Card number, and click ‘Use my code’. Check whether the code applied successfully and click ‘Continue’ to proceed with the next steps.
Why did my promo code not work?
- Correct spelling and typing mistakes, including wrong letter cases. Remove any space within, before, or after the code.
- Check the expiry date of the promotion or code to make sure that it is valid at the time of application. Expired codes will not be accepted.
- Ensure that your order meets all the terms and conditions of the promo code.
- Check whether all the items in your order are eligible for the promotion or discount.
- Most promotions and offers set a minimum qualifying order value that your order needs to meet to qualify for the offer. Make sure that your total order value, after discounts and before taxes, qualifies for the promotion.
