Seamless Delivery Policy
Seamless offers home delivery, pick up service, and curbside delivery. Select your preferred method of delivery at the time of ordering.
If you choose home delivery, your order will be delivered right at your doorstep by Seamless delivery personnel.
Select ‘Pick up’ if you prefer to pick up your order from the restaurant yourself. You will be informed once your order is ready.
If you select curbside pickup, reach the restaurant and call the restaurant to inform them that you are waiting outside to pick up your Seamless order. Restaurant staff will deliver the order to you in your car.
Each delivery address you enter to place an order is saved and can be labeled as ‘Home’ or ‘Work’ to make future deliveries simpler and faster. You can add, edit, or delete addresses from ‘Your Account’ on the Seamless website or from the ‘Settings’ in the mobile app.
You can add and save special delivery instructions for the delivery person by visiting the ‘Address and phone’ option in ‘Your account’. You can also edit saved instructions or add new ones during checkout.
Seamless+ members are entitled to unlimited free deliveries for orders over $12 from restaurants that are part of the Seamless+ network.
