Zappos uses a service called SheerID for verification. A valid educational email is required. Once verified you’ll receive a promotional code for 10% off, which is valid for one full year on Zappos website. This means no reverification every month to use your Zappos student discount!

All students with a verifiable educational email qualify for the Zappos student discount.

Zappos only allows their student discount to be used online at Zappos.com, however,  there is no minimum purchase amount required in order to use your student discount.

And last, the student discount  is non-transferable (for personal use only), not for resale, and not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents, such as gift cards.

Zappos has a much longer return policy so it’s more convenient to order items online at Zappos. 

Can you return items at Zappos?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 365 days of purchase to Zappos.com.  

Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and must be returned with the original packaging.  If returned merchandise does not satisfy these requirements it may not qualify for a refund.  Zappos is pretty strict on their return policy so make sure that all the tags are on and items are unworn to get your refund!
