The Body Shop Shipping Policy
Shipping Option
The Body Shop ships to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii through Ground Shipping, Two-Day, and Next-Day Shipping services. All orders are shipped either via FedEx or United Parcel Service(UPS) depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, and international destinations is not available currently.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Standard Ground Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver your orders, whereas you can expedite your delivery by UPS 2-Day or Next-Day services. To avail of expedite delivery on time, orders must be placed by 3 pm EST. check your mailbox for tracking information once the order is confirmed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the destinations and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping charges are as follows:
- Up to $39.99 - $6.00 Ground Shipping
- Up to $39.99 - $20.00 2-Day Shipping
- $40.00 and Over - Free Ground Shipping
- $40.00 and Over - $20.00 2-Day Shipping

How to redeem a The Body Shop promo code?
To redeem a The Body Shop promo code, visit the website and select the product you wish to buy. Just click on the product and add it to the virtual shopping bag by clicking the “Add to bag” option. Do the same with each product to complete your shopping spree.
Once you are done adding products to the shopping basket, look for the top right corner of the page to discover the shopping basket icon. Put your cursor on it and click the option “View basket” to get redirected to the shopping basket to checkout.
On the shopping basket, simply scroll down to discover the promo code field labeled “Do You Have A Promo Code?”. You can enter the promotional code as received and click “Apply”. If your promo code is valid, the subtotal will be updated automatically. You can then go ahead and complete your purchase.
Why is my promo code not working?
- Check whether your order meets all the terms and conditions of the promotional code. Some orders may not be qualified for a promo code. Check the eligibility of the orders accordingly if you want to redeem your promo code.
- Promo Codes may sometimes be only used if the order qualifies the minimum order value. Ensure that your order exceeds or equals the minimum value.
- Ensure you have not used the promo code previously on any order as most promo codes can be used only once.
- Check the validity of the promo code and ensure that it is not expired. Expired codes will not be applied and cannot be redeemed further.
- Codes are case-sensitive and do not work if there is any typing error. Rectify the letter case or remove any unnecessary space, if entered incorrectly in the promo code, and ensure the code is entered exactly as you see.
